Backyard Pale — 2011 Harvest
A simple Pale Ale brewed using only the homegrown Centennial and Cascade hops from my first year backyard hop harvest.

Recipe
The recipe was very simple:
Malt
- 1 lb Crystal 40 malt
- 6 lbs light dry malt extract
Hops
- ~5/8 oz Centennial (all)
- 60 minutes (bittering)
- 0.5 oz Cascade
- 60 minutes (bittering)
- 1 oz Cascade
- 12 minutes (flavoring)
- 0.5 oz Cascade
- 1 minute (aroma)
Yeast
- 1 package Wyeast
